Packing Possibilities: How Our Community Showed Up for Children
Thanks to the generosity and teamwork of our incredible community, this year’s school supply drive was a resounding success! Together, we collected 171 fully stocked backpacks for children in foster care across North Carolina. These backpacks are more than just supplies—they are a fresh start, a boost of confidence, and a reminder that someone cares.
We are deeply grateful to the many individuals, families, businesses, faith communities, and civic groups who rallied together to make this possible. A special thank you to Kids Dream Too Foundation, Cross and Crown Lutheran Church, Your Best You Medi Spa, Specialized Engineering Solutions, The O’Neale Family & Friends, Fredrickson Family, Jarman Family, McBride Family, and Megan McLaughlin for their generous contributions. Whether you donated, packed, or spread the word, you have helped children head into the new school year feeling prepared and supported. Thank you for being part of a mission that gives every child the opportunity to thrive!
